What types of vehicles are available at Hoppa?

Hoppa works with local partners at every location to ensure you get to your destination. There are two main types of transfers available – private transfers and shuttle services. No matter what type of transfer you book, the vehicle will be well maintained, safe and will meet transport regulations.

Private transfers can be any type and size of vehicle, depending on the number of people in your party. If there are only a handful of you, you can make use of cars or if you’re travelling with a large group you could book a minibus or coach. There are no limits. When you book a private transfer, you have the vehicle all to yourself.

Shuttles are a shared service operating between airports and accommodation in popular holiday destinations. When you book a shuttle service you book a seat on a shared bus. Depending on demand the shuttle service may be a minibus or a large coach. These buses may operate at fixed times.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

When you’re travelling there are some things that are out of your control. Flights can get cancelled or delayed or you might end up having to wait longer than you expected for your baggage. When these things happen Hoppa is there to help and will always try its very best to get you to your destination. If something doesn’t work out, Hoppa will gladly refund that part of your trip.

How do I pay for my Hoppa booking?

If you book your journey more than 4 weeks before the check-in date, Hoppa offers a low deposit option to confirm your booking. Simply pay the small deposit to secure your booking.
