Is there an Enterprise loyalty scheme?

Enterprise Plus is the Enterprise loyalty scheme that helps you earn the more you rent.
Points earned with Enterprise Plus can be redeemed against free rentals and your points will not expire as long as you make one qualifying rental every three years.

Does Enterprise have an app?

The Enterprise mobile app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play and allows users to make bookings, manage your account and get any assistance you need.

Can I get extra cover through Enterprise?

When hiring a car in Ireland you can get further protection including:
Damage Waiver – This is an optional damage cover but is not insurance.
Excess protection – This will reduce any excess due in the result of insurance.
Roadside Assistance Protection – Can cover tyre and glass repair as well as loss of keys.

You will need to check your existing cover and exemptions by visiting their Car Hire Insurance and Other Protection Products.

Can I book a one-way hire in Ireland with Enterprise?

For an additional fee you can return the car to any other Enterprise location in Ireland.

Can I change or cancel my Enterprise booking?

If you have not prepaid for your booking, there will be no cancellation fee.

If you have prepaid the following fees may be applicable:
Cancel your booking more than 7 days before your reservation date and there will be no fee.
Cancel your booking less than 7 days, but more than 24 hours before your pick-up time, and there will be a small cancellation fee.
Cancelling less than 24 hours from your pick-up time will mean you are not entitled to a refund.
