Every shoe is different. Groupon understands this and strives to ensure you have the best information available prior to making your purchase. On most footwear deals we will display the shoe in UK and EU sizes and provide the corresponding measurement in centimetres. We strongly advise that prior to making any purchase you explore the sizes and identify the size that fits you.
If you are in between sizes and unsure of what size to purchase, we recommend that you purchase the next size or half size up. If you are unsure of your size, or how to obtain your size, keep reading and we will reveal all.
First, put on your normal socks/tights that you intend to wear with the shoes. We recommend that you measure your feet at the end of the day, as feet tend to swell throughout the day; this measurement will be your foot at it's largest. Stand with your heels against the wall and either:
> Stand on a piece of card and draw a line at the tip of your big toe. Measure the distance from the edge of the card to the line you have drawn;
OR
> Print off our adult or kids' foot ruler and place the heel end against a wall. Stand on this to find your size at the tip of your big toe. You must print the ruler out on a piece of A4 to make sure it is to scale.
If you have one foot larger than the other, whether in width or length, we recommend that you always purchase footwear that sizes with the bigger foot.
Start by sitting comfortably in a chair to allow your calf muscle to fully relax - standing up will stretch the muscle and will not give you a completely accurate reading.
Use a tape measure to measure the widest part of your calf in centimetres, to the nearest millimetre. Once you have this size, refer to the deal page to check if the size is available. If, as with foot sizes, you are in between sizes, we recommend that you take the next size up.
Babies grow rapidly. Their feet will outgrow the shoes every 4 – 5 months. Use the kid's foot ruler to determine the best size. If your baby is between sizes, we suggest that you take the size up. Baby shoes should be worn without any tightness on the foot; there should be enough room for you to put your little finger behind their heel.
Groupon always provides you with as much information as possible so you can make the right choice. In the event that you cannot locate your size, or that it is unavailable, we regret that we will not be able to fulfil your order for this model. However, with our wealth of shoes on offer, we are confident that we will have something for you.
