The Merchant

The Crown Centre provides professional yoga training and classes across Cork, Dublin, Galway and Northern Ireland. There are various courses for people of all abilities and ages with special classes catering for kids between the ages of 4 and 13 years, and expectant mums. The school breaks down the learning process into stages, teaching postures, relaxation methods and breathing techniques. Students are also taught the art of meditation and philosophy in order to give them a thorough understanding of the art. The Crown Centre keeps the team of teachers small in each centre, so that the members have a lot of access to their favourite teachers. The entire teaching team has trained in the system and has the skills and flexibility that allows them to teach many of the different classes and workshops within the Crown system of teaching. It gives the members an opportunity to have the same teacher teach strong powerful yoga class and also have the skills to teach the healing restorative yoga or insightful meditation classes.
