Spin Dance and Fitness
Spin Dance and Fitness is a studio that offers fitness and dance classes for youth and adults. Adult classes include Latin American, ballroom dancing, Old Time Sequence, Zumba and pole dancing, while children’s classes include ballroom, hip hop, ballet, stage, cheer and gymnastics. Some of the instructors still perform on Ireland’s stages, and some of this studio’s students have gone on to attend performing arts colleges.
