Instructions for Use

• Once the test is complete simply post the kit to the UK for analysis at our fully certified laboratory (Please note that postage is not included)
• Within 2-3 weeks the results will be ready for access, via a secure personalised online dashboard with results given on 41 different genes. Recommendations will be made based on the results including a personalised one-week suggested exercise and nutrition programme
