The GAA Museum Night Tour
Groupon customers will be able to embark on an exclusive evening tour of historic Croke Park, Ireland’s largest stadium, complete with entry to the GAA Museum and souvenir booklet showcasing key Dublin landmarks. Learn about Ireland’s national games and Gaelic football in an interactive visitor experience in the stadium, with the tour including a chance to get into the dressing rooms, go pitch-side and take a seat in the VIP area. Visitors can then head up to the top tier of the stand and take in the views from 30 metres above the hallowed turf.
The GAA museum prides itself on promoting and preserving the values, culture and history of Gaelic games, letting visitors explore an illustrated history of the sports from ancient times to the GAA’s foundation in 1884 and up to the present day. The venue features an interactive games zone that offers a chance to test some hurling and football skills, as well as the opportunity to have a photo or two taken with the Sam Maguire and Liam MacCarthy trophies. A cafe, exhibition spaces and galleries, and a Hall of Fame await alongside a collection of memorabilia that includes jerseys, medals, programmes, banners and more.
