• Composition: 33% Macabeo, 33% Xarel.lo and 33% Parellada
• Cava made strictly following the traditional method
• Tasting: a champagne pale straw yellow and abundant bubble average size, with constant evolution, which is a light cord to reach the surface of the glass
• The palate is fresh and dry with subtle presence of aging notes
• It is always served cold, at an ideal temperature of consumption between 5 and 8° C
• To avoid unwanted organoleptic changes, it is advisable not to delay their consumption too many months (not more than 10 months after purchase).
• Should be stored in a cool place, at a constant temperature (10 to 15º C) away from drafts, light and vibration

• The bottles have remained in our cellars in strict darkness and silence a minimum of 12 months
• In the making of this wine top quality white wine grapes were used - Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo
• After adding sugar and yeast selected second fermentation takes place in bottle (traditional method) in the cellars at a temperature never exceeding 16° C in order to get a small and persistent bubble
• We recommend serving this Jaume Serra very cold, 4 to 6 C
• This cava is well suited for all kinds of fish
• It is also indicated for desserts and sweets
