Book your place immediately after buying the voucher to confirm holiday and avoid disappointment. Confirmations will be sent out within 3 working days from the date the booking is completed with the Travel Provider.

For example, matches scheduled on Sunday may be confirmed to Saturday, or even to the previous Friday or following Monday (in very rare cases). Mid-week fixtures initially scheduled on Wednesday could be confirmed to Tuesday or Thursday.
If needed, the hotel dates will be amended for free to cover the match. These changes can take place at any time up to a few weeks before the match . It is up to the customer to check the final match date information
