Must be 18 or older. Safety equipment included. 48-hour cancellation notice required. Appointment required, contact by phone or email at 0858313400 or booking@time-off.ie. Subject to weather. Must sign waiver. Present printed voucher on arrival. Valid ID required. For this kayaking trip to go ahead there must be at least a group of 8 people. Full safety instruction will be provided - instructors accompany clients at all times during the trip. Clients must be relatively fit. Not suitable for people unable to swim. Must bring swimwear, sportswear and trainers, towel, change of clothes, a bottle of water. All equipment provided. Fully refundable €20 cash deposit required for equipment per person.
