✦ Full safety instruction will be provided - instructors accompany clients at all times during the trip.
✦ Clients must be relatively fit.
✦ Not suitable for people unable to swim.
✦ Must bring swimwear, sportswear and trainers, towel, change of clothes, and a bottle of water.
