How to use:
- Remove two-thirds of the plastic holder and apply the patch to the clean, dry skin of the belly
- Remove the last section
- Make sure the proper hole aligns with belly button
- Wear it until six o’clock, without any contraindications of movement
- It is advisable to use a patch every other day for 4 to 6 hours (never more than 8 hours)
