The staff are great and very accommodating. The only issue that I have with the gym is that there does not exist a fair use policy, so, some members can "take ownership" of a machine and leave you waiting unnecessarily - other than that, the facilities are great and you get a full workout. Also, the staff give you a plan that is tailored to your needs and this is extremely helpful

The warm welcome and friendly helpful staff were greatly appreciated. However, overall, the experience was somewhat underwhelming. The absence of a pool and additional facilities between treatment was disappointing. Additionally, I found the resting beds to be very uncomfortable, and some in the light room appeared worn and in need of repair.i wouldn’t recommend the self applied mud treatment.

Bring towels to use post mud treatment
