About The Chili Shack

The Chili Shack started as a shack on wheels that toured the country feeding clients at music festivals. The initiators of the Shack were inspired by the taste of American chili, and serve it on nachos, fries, in burritos, and on burgers. The shack now has a permanent home in Galway city, serving up burritos, nachos and fries.
