I had forgotten about this groupon and when i did try to book an appointment there was no availablity and I wasn't allowed credit or even partial credit so i lost my 59euro so I will be hesitant to buy from groupon again.

This person is not the registered business Skin Kandy that is linked on this offer. I have contacted the real Skin Kandy and they have nothing to do with this offer (and are tired of receiving mails about it) When I booked it it only had South William St. Which she told me she “left last Friday” Citywest was not on this offer when I booked it. 50 South william at also confirmed she left there. For some reason this person redeemed the voucher I bought preventing me from getting a refund. No idea why she would do that. I was mis-sold a voucher but Groupon won’t accept responsibility or refund me because she has redeemed it.
