The rudest customer service I have ever interacted with. I emailed them looking for availability of the dates. They came back with the dates. I never confirmed which dates. Received a call on the 16th March informing I was late for the appointment which I never made !!!!!! Told I would lose my money and hung up the phone. I was so upset my husband went down to them to receive the same response!!!!!!! Told to pick it up with gropon
